The Experiential Design Authority has announced a special incentive for members of the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services (IFES) and Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA), offering an exclusive $100 discount on entries to this year’s ExSys Awards.

Created to celebrate excellence in system-based exhibits, the ExSys Awards recognize projects that exemplify creativity, innovation, and superior design. The program honors work across the experiential design landscape, spotlighting exhibits that transform modular systems into compelling brand environments. From bold creative concepts to flawlessly executed builds, the awards celebrate the projects that elevate the industry and inspire what’s next.

As part of the initiative, IFES and EDPA members can receive $100 off their submissions by simply noting their membership when completing the online entry form. The discount is designed to encourage greater participation from the association’s member companies while helping ensure that the industry’s most innovative projects receive the recognition they deserve. Companies that belong to both IFES and the Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) are eligible for an even greater savings of $150.

The Experiential Design Authority encourages eligible companies to take advantage of the offer and submit their best work for consideration. Questions regarding eligibility, award categories, or the submission process can be directed to the ExSys Awards team at info@experientialdesignauthority.com.

Entries for this year’s ExSys Awards are now open, with winners to be announced later this year. The final deadline for submission is April 22, but entries submitted by March 4 and March 25 are eligible for discounted early-bird entry fees.

In addition to spotlighting the industry’s best work, the competition also includes a Best Student Design category with cash scholarships presented to top-ranked student entries, as well as a Lifetime Achievement Award intended to honor individuals based on their contribution and dedication to the exhibit industry, with a specific focus on the use, manufacture, innovation, design, fabrication, or deployment of system-based exhibits. Profits from entry fees support ongoing scholarship opportunities and will fund future internship stipends for experiential design students.
