CES 2025 BOSS Awards Judges
Judges were randomly selected from a pool of volunteer advisory board members who met preestablished criteria and did not have conflicts of interest with any of the finalists. The highest and lowest scores for each finalist will be omitted to ensure no single judge has undue influence on the results. Judges will score each finalist on criteria that has been written and approved by the advisory board, with each criterion weighted to reflect its value in finalists' total, cumulative scores.

Christian Lachel, LEED AP, Chief Creative Officer, BRC Imagination Arts
As Chief Creative Officer at BRC Imagination Arts, Christian has dedicated nearly three decades leading projects from strategy and design through production and opening day. He specializes in experiential design, operations, project delivery plans, and creative storytelling approaches. His expertise spans award-winning global expo pavilions, brand homes, tours, museums, cultural destinations, and entertainment attractions—experiences that captivate audiences worldwide and build lasting emotional connections. Under his leadership, BRC’s work has earned hundreds of awards for excellence in storytelling, design, media, and technical innovation.

Christina Stoll, CTSM Diamond, CDMP, PCM, Former Senior Marketing Manager,
Event Marketing, HD Supply
An integrated marketing professional with expertise in event engagement strategy and digital content marketing, Christina has worked with regional healthcare systems and Fortune 500 companies, including GE Healthcare, Rockwell Automation and HD Supply.Throughout her marketing career, Christina has fostered collaboration with stakeholders while managing brand campaigns, strategic events, and hybrid experiences for both in-person and virtual engagement. During her 15 years with GE Healthcare, she received six CEO and CMO recognition awards for go-to-market strategy, innovative customer-focused communications and development of a national roadshow program. Committed to continuing education, she holds multiple certifications in digital marketing, marketing and trade show marketing.

Frank Jones, Experiential Producer, A Team Experiences
Frank Jones is a multifamily industry veteran with over 35 years experience and an award winning experiential expert. He received Exhibitor Magazine’s All-Star Award in 2020, and his A-team recently won the IABC 2024 Golden Flame Award. Additionally, Frank and his team won top honors at major Apartment Association trade shows – namely NAA Apartmentalize, Texas Apartment Association’s Lone Star Expo, and FAA’s Annual Conference & Expo. A master storyteller, Frank has a unique ability to articulate the mission of a brand with vision, creativity and engagement with “signature” elements intended to entertain audiences in stand-out activations. It’s exceptionally rare for a marketer to achieve both commercial and artistic success. Frank and the A-Team have done it consecutively, with the industry reputation to prove it.

Glenda Brungardt, CTSM Diamond, Former Global Event Manager, HP
Brungardt retired after 46 years at HP. During that time she spent over 30+ years managing HP tradeshows/events where she delivered consistent brand, messaging, experiences, and execution of tradeshows and events. She continues to be an advocate and contributor in the events industry – serving in various capacities, along with teaching/presenting at various conferences. She currently is a contributing member to the EDPA exhibitor advisory committee and Sustainability Task Force, the EACA advisory board, the Event Industry Council Sustainability and Social Impact Committee, and The Exhibitor Advocate board – advocating for exhibitors!

Jessica Sibila, CMP, CTSM, Executive Director, The Exhibitor Advocate
Jessica has over 20 years’ experience driving the development of strategic events and social impact programs for leading brands in the natural and organic industry. Jessica is a CTSM (Certified Trade Show Marketer), CMP (Certified Meeting Planner), and holds certifications in corporate social responsibility from Boston College and the University of Colorado. Jessica is the Executive Director of The Exhibitor Advocate, a non-profit, trade association dedicated to amplifying the voice of exhibitors. The group is on a mission to raise awareness of exhibitor challenges and collaborate with all industry stakeholders to promote and cultivate open communication, consistent standards and industry best practices. She previously led the corporate event and community engagement strategy for WhiteWave Foods and Danone North America.

Michael Vallone, Vice President, Creative and Brand, Hill & Partners
An accomplished creative professional, Michael has won over a dozen industry awards, including Davey Awards and Hermes Awards. As the leader of Hill & Partners' creative team, Michael mentors a team of designers and drives a co-creation approach to branded environments. He served on the EDPA Northeast Board from 2015–2022, including as President in 2019. A founding member and current co-chair of the EDPA Future Leaders Committee, Michael was recognized in the inaugural class of Future Leaders in 2020. He is also a dedicated mentor, guiding students at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Bemidji State University, and engaging in workforce development through initiatives at career fairs and trade schools.

Stephanie Chavez, CTSM, Vice President of Sales and Marketing,

Stephanie Chavez, CTSM, has revolutionized organizational growth and culture across three decades of executive leadership. Her innovative approach to inbound marketing has generated multi-million dollar sales opportunities, and her visionary leadership in experiential marketing resulted in OP Live, a groundbreaking esports event. Her strategic acumen led to the successful launch of two subsidiary companies, while her leadership at The Trade Group resulted in an extraordinary $60 million in annual proposals within just four years. As the current marketing and sales leader for the BlackPearl Technology ecosystem, Stephanie continues to push boundaries and drive exceptional results. Stephanie is also a member of the Houston District Export Council, as well as an advisor on the Texas Woman's University Dean's Leadership Council.

Stephen's professional journey is rooted in design and creative strategy. He leverages design, marketing, advertising, branding, and identity development to forge strong connections between brands and their audiences. At the core of his work ethic is a commitment to innovation and excellence, evidenced by multiple industry design awards and a reputation as a sought-after speaker in the experiential marketing industry.

Mike Denison, Head of Design, Smithsonian National Museum of American History
Mike Denison is an award-winning exhibition designer and serves as the Head of Design at the National Museum of American History in Washington, DC. Before joining the Smithsonian, he spent over 12 years as a Principal and Design Director at Roto, an exhibition design-build firm based in Ohio, leading master planning and exhibition design projects for science centers, children’s museums, and collections museums across the US and around the world. Prominent clients included the Equal Justice Initiative, High Museum of Art, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, and Canada Science & Technology Museum. Prior to finding his true calling in experience design, Mike had a career in architecture and received a Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University where he also served as an adjunct professor at the undergraduate and graduate level in architecture, landscape architecture, and urban planning.
