As the leader of Hill & Partners' creative team, Michael mentors a team of designers and drives a co-creation approach to branded environments. He served on the EDPA Northeast Board from 2015–2022, including as President in 2019. A founding member and current co-chair of the EDPA Future Leaders Committee, Michael was recognized in the inaugural class of Future Leaders in 2020. Jason Popp, President and CEO, Moss
Jason is President & CEO of Moss, a leading production partner to the global experiential marketing industry with offices in North America, Europe and the United Kingdom, following its acquisition of MacroArt in 2023. Moss pioneered the use of tension fabrics in the trade show industry and has further developed that expertise to other graphic print and production techniques and now serves myriad end markets such as events, retail, sports, and corporate interiors. With over 30 years of experience in international business, including ten living outside the US, Jason brings first-hand knowledge of the global marketplace to US businesses.

Courtney Soice, Chief Marketing Officer, Hamilton
Courtney Soice brings to Hamilton over 15 years of experience in successful marketing and engagement strategy. Soice oversees and manages all marketing initiatives across the company, including strategic marketing planning, brand development and awareness, demand generation, print and digital advertising, sales support, public relations, SEO, and competitive bid efforts. Soice is highly active in the experiential industry, serving on the Women in Experiential Board of Directors and as President of the EDPA Midwest Board. Frank Jones, Experiential Producer, A Team Experiences
Frank Jones is a multifamily industry veteran with over 35 years experience and an award winning experiential expert. He received Exhibitor Magazine’s All-Star Award in 2020, and his A-team recently won the IABC 2024 Golden Flame Award. Additionally, Frank and his team won top honors at major Apartment Association trade shows – namely NAA Apartmentalize, Texas Apartment Association’s Lone Star Expo, and FAA’s Annual Conference & Expo. A master storyteller, Frank has a unique ability to articulate the mission of a brand with vision, creativity and engagement with “signature” elements intended to entertain audiences in stand-out activations. Katina Zipay, M.A., Creative Director, Classic Exhibits Inc.
Katina Zipay is the Creative Director at Classic Exhibits Inc. and was among the first cohorts to graduate with an MA in Exhibition Design from FIT. She views 3-dimensional experiences as the most impactful art form and enjoys turning event spaces into large-scale sculptures that serve a functional purpose. From 2014-2022, Katina was director of the non-profit Women In Exhibitions. Upon stepping down, she established a board of directors to continue that important work. In 2021 she joined the National Board of Directors for EDPA where she focuses on building partnerships between the experiential design industry and academic institutions. In 2023 she joined the FIT EED Advisory Board. Katina won EDPA’s Designer of the Year award and Future Leader award in 2020, and FIT’s STAR Award in 2022.

Steve Deckel, CTSM, CEO, Deckel & Moneypenny
Steve Deckel is the CEO of Deckel and Moneypenny, an Independent Experiential Agency in Louisville, Kentucky. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA). Steve has over 30 years of exhibit design experience and earned his bronze-level certification through the Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) program. His clients include GE, Chevron, and many well-known brands. Deckel & Moneypenny was ranked among North America's top exhibit providers, and the company's work has been honored with numerous awards, including Sizzle Awards and Portable/Modular Awards.

Glenda Brungardt, CTSM Diamond, Former Global Event Manager, HP
Brungardt retired after 46 years at HP. During that time she spent over 30+ years managing HP tradeshows/events where she delivered consistent brand, messaging, experiences, and execution of tradeshows and events. She continues to be an advocate and contributor in the events industry – serving in various capacities, along with teaching/presenting at various conferences. She currently is a contributing member to the EDPA exhibitor advisory committee and Sustainability Task Force, the EACA advisory board, the Event Industry Council Sustainability and Social Impact Committee, and The Exhibitor Advocate board – advocating for exhibitors!

Alex Hill, Vice President, Experiential Solutions, Taylor Corp.
With five decades of experience in the experiential marketing space, Alex began on the client side with two Fortune 100 companies. In the '90s, he helped build the largest international portable display company, leading both sales and distribution. Thereafter, Alex started his own firm designing, manufacturing and distributing an array of exhibit products still popular in event and retail applications. He holds patents on four continents. A long-time board member of the Experiential Designers and Producers, today Alex chairs the EDPA Foundation and judges at FIT Capstone annually. Alex recently received the Hazel Hayes Lifetime Achievement Award from the EDPA.

Liz Nacron, Partner, President of Creative and Production, Live Marketing
Liz Nacron is Partner & President of Creative and Production at Live Marketing, a full-service agency that creates highly engaging B2B and B2E events, whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid. From trade shows to theatrical productions, she has devoted the past 20 years to developing innovative and results-driven live events rooted in strategic storytelling. In her current role, she steers business strategy, leads the production and creative team, and strives to stay nimble and on the cutting edge of industry developments. Don Schmid, MBA, CTSM Gold, CME-H, Former Global Congresses Lead, Pfizer Corp.
Don Schmid is a consultant with Resolution Experts (ResX Event Services) in the brand event marketing channel. His background includes 35 years of leading event marketing roles with Chrysler Corporation, GE Healthcare, Hospira and Pfizer corporations. He left Pfizer in December, 2022 as the Global Congress Lead, responsible for strategy, portfolio optimization and execution of medical tradeshows for Pfizer. Don embraces F2F (Face to Face) as a marketing channel and was the featured cover story of the debut issue of Event Marketing magazine. Don has also been a long-term BOD member of the Healthcare Exhibitors Association and served as their President. Don has been a presenter on various Event Marketing topics and he holds an MBA in Marketing, a BA in Economics and Management and has earned a CTSM (Certified Trade Show Manager) Gold certification.

Jeannette Sanders, Vice President, Marketing & Strategy, 2020 Exhibits
Jeannette's 20 years of experience spans experiential marketing, brand strategy, digital engagement, social media, content creation, SEO, SEM, and event management. She has led global marketing teams and earned multiple honors, including World Exhibition Stand Awards, Lantern Awards, and the BMA People's Choice Award. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Visual Communications from The Art Institute of Houston, an Associate of Arts in Illustration from the Instituto de Diseño de Caracas, and an Associate in Graphic Design from the Centro Artístico Villasmíl de León in Venezuela. Steve Riches, CEO & Principal, Laguna Displays
Steve is CEO & Principal at Laguna Displays, a full-service provider of exhibit solutions for U.S. and international trade shows and events. An experienced event marketing executive, he has extensive experience in international exhibiting and recently taught a class; “How and Why are U.S. & International Exhibit Designs different”. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Steve is trilingual (French, Spanish, English) and a dual U.K./U.S. citizen. He is an Executive Board Member & Vice President, Strategy at IFES, a Board Director at EACA and a past President of EDPA's Southern California Chapter.

Christina Lyons, Professor & Chair, FIT Graduate Exhibition & Experience Design
Christina Lyons has worked on numerous exhibition and experience design projects such as the Muzeiko: Children’s Museum in Sofia, Bulgaria, New York Historical Society, Sony Tech Lab, the Aileron Center for Entrepreneurial Education, the National Track and Field Hall of Fame, AIGA Gallery, and the Center for Architecture. She has also managed project partnerships with the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), Gotham Park, the Museum of the Moving Image (MoMI), the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, the American Museum of Natural History (AMNH), and more. Previously, she was the Director of the Graphic Design Department at Skolnick Architecture + Design Partnership, a Senior Designer at Poulin + Morris, and an SEGD Board of Directors member. In 2021 she received the FIT Faculty Excellence Award. Lyons holds a Master's degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute.

Brian Dukerschein, Manager, External Communications, Abbott
Brian Dukerschein is a manager of corporate external communications at Abbott, a global healthcare technology company. There, he leads experiential programs including the Abbott World Marathon Majors, Abbott HeartMates, CES, HLTH; produces corporate-level multimedia content; and manages Abbott’s participation in product tech, corporate leadership, and workplace awards programs. Prior to Abbott, Brian spent seven years at EXHIBITOR as the magazine’s managing and then deputy editors. In 2021, he produced and co-curated the Rochester Art Center's “Homecoming Queen: The Wonderful World of Utica Queen,” one of the highest-attended exhibitions in the RAC’s 75-year history. Brian is n member of the National Alumni Board at Columbia College Chicago, an avid supporter of the arts, and a champion of in-person events.

Dominique Cook, MBA, CTSM Diamond, Senior Meeting & Events Specialist,

Dominique Cook has 20+ years of tradeshow experience. For many years, she worked in the building materials industry managing tradeshow for a large window and door manufacturer, but currently is a Senior Meeting & Events Specialist with Boston Scientific. Dominique has been a member of several Exhibitor Advisory Boards throughout her career and is an active advisory council member for The Exhibitor Advocate. Dominique has her Diamond CTSM accreditation and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and continues to give back to the industry as she is able. Mike Denison, Head of Design, Smithsonian National Museum of American History
Mike Denison is an award-winning exhibition designer and serves as the Head of Design at the National Museum of American History in Washington, DC. Before joining the Smithsonian, he spent over 12 years as a Principal and Design Director at Roto, an exhibition design-build firm based in Ohio, leading master planning and exhibition design projects for science centers, children’s museums, and collections museums across the US and around the world. Prominent clients included the Equal Justice Initiative, High Museum of Art, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, and Canada Science & Technology Museum. Prior to finding his true calling in experience design, Mike had a career in architecture and received a Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University where he also served as an adjunct professor at the undergraduate and graduate level in architecture, landscape architecture, and urban planning.
